We are improving the security when it comes to the log in page and need your help with the final steps to migrate your user After that you can log in with the new and improved authentication. 


Migrate users
All users will go through a few steps to migrate their user account in order to upgrade it. The migration is done by the user itself by logging in at the left side of the log in page with the old credentials, and then follow the instructions to create a ”Wolters Kluwer account”.

Activate multifactor authentication
After you created your Wolters Kluwer account you will have the option to activate multifactor authentication to take extra steps to secure your user credentials. 

 

Migrate your user – quick step by step

  1. Type your user name and password to the left and click ”Start migration”
  2. An info text appears on your screen about the process, scroll down to the bottom to click the blue button to the right.
  3. You get redirected to the new log in page.
  4. Click on ”Create account”
  5. Fill in your name and so on and click to continue
  6. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account
  7. Click on ”Configurate MFA” to increase the security or ”No thank you”
  8. Done
  9. Next time you log in, do so with your recently created account by clicking the blue button on the right side of the log in page

 

Migrate user – detailed step by step

1.    The new log in page has a new look as you can see in the picture above
2.    On the left side, type your user name and password and then on the green button saying ”Start migration”.
 

3.    The information above will now appear on your screen, it´s a short description of what´s going to happen next. Just scroll down and click on the blue button in the bottom.

 

4.    You are now being redirected to a new log in page were you click on ”Create account” to do just that, create your Wolters Kluwer account.
       If you already have Wolters Kluwer-account, using Capego for example, log in with that instead.


 

5.    Fill in all the fields and check the box to read the terms of use. Then type the control code seen in the image and click on ”Continue”. 

 

6.    You will now receive an email to validate your email address, just click on ”Activate now” to activate your account.

7.    After clicking the email, you get redirected to your browser with a confirmation that your account is ready to use. You are also present with the option to configure MFA or say No thanks to that.

8.    If you choose to configurate MFA you will have three options how you wish to authenticate yourself. Either an app like ”Microsoft authenticator”, through text message or email.
